​Itinerary
The following is an example itinerary for what you can expect out of a stay at the Skyfall Villa.
Day 1: Arrival Friday Evening 5pm
5pm: Welcome Snacks and Appetizers. We will discuss the retreat itinerary, expectations and go over
any questions you have about the week’s events
6pm: A healthy meal prepared, cooked and approved by Dietitian, Rebecca Vukan and Nutrition Coach,
Kate Lein
7/8pm: On-site wine and olive oil tasting, to be confirmed
Day 2: Saturday
8am: Breakfast, Build your own Yogurt Parfait
9am: Hike from the Villa to the beach and back
10am: Individual/Couple sit down with Kinesiologist, Kate Lein to talk about personal health and fitness
goals. Kate will develop customized exercise programs for each individual based off of this conversation.
12pm: A Serve yourself lunch with build your own healthy wraps and sandwiches. All food items will be
in the fridge
1pm-3pm: Personal self-reflection at the beach or villa
4pm: 1-on-1 or group session with Gillian Mandich, our happiness coach.
6pm: A healthy meal prepared, cooked and approved by Dietitian, Rebecca Vukan and Nutrition Coach,
Kate Lein
8:30pm: Sunset Yoga on the Beach
Day 3: Sunday
8am: Breakfast, Make your own breakfast sandwich
9am: 20 minute positive thinking meditation, pre-recorded program by Kate James
10am: Grocery store tour with Dietitian, Rebecca Vukan
12pm: Meal prep class with Rebecca Vukan and Kate Lein, you will make your lunch for today and two
take-home prepped lunches for Monday and Tuesday
